Following the approval of the reform of the judicial framework of the Court of Justice of the European Union on 16 December 2015, the regulation on the transfer to the General Court of jurisdiction at first instance in disputes between the European Union and its servants, adopted on 6 July 2016, was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 26 July 2016.
